well
I guess my doppelganger had it good behind the couch. Behind the mirror is cold and dark....
The couch is a bit fuggly, but I bet it's comfortable.

Mark, rather than chucking the sofa, how about bidding on this Jean Royere sideboard (1940) at the upcoming Chrisite's auction ? Then the feet could speak to each other across the room . . .

I have been doing
too much holiday entertaining and missed this whole Bird People Behind the Mirror affair.
Honored to have a spot behind the sofa with niceguy and waffle. There's always interesting stuff found back there, loose change, drunk guests from the night before, single earrings, somebody's Kindle, etc.
The new mirrors are lovely. Can't wait to see the couch. Carry on, auntie.
