interesting frame -- is it made of simple angle stock, and riveted at the corners ? I can't quite make out the joint detail. . .

I have not seen one other...
I have not seen one other than photos. This pic is the first time I have seen the frame with any detail at all. I think that this will turn out to be a difficult piece to find, obscure and most likely not labled.
