How does that backrest feel comfort-wise? It has a nice sculptural look to it, but in the side view, the backrest looks like it is slanted too much for its upper back location.

Maybe it is just the photo from a strange angle - but it is super comfortable and feels like it is in place.

I'll do my best leif impersonation and note that underside photos would help. It would be good to see the seat support design, framing, and whether the legs are fixed or bolted to the rails.
I have not come across that backrest design before.

Hi, if you think it's Scandinavian, you should check on xxx they have decades of Mobilia magazines documentation. Perhaps you'll find a matching example.

I tried recently the day pass and it worked for me. I have been on forums for ages, the difference here is that they provide the documentation and I can exhibit it next to my works in the gallery.

And seeing as in another thread LeoCrap has tantalized with a seeming catalog photo from the doo can tic database, I think it is reasonable to assume that this chair is not in the database, so any money spent there would be doubly wasted.

there is something compelling about that design. I find it balanced. Pleasantly different. A bit shaker. The interest of the wood helps big time. So glad they are comfortable.
