If you are talking about Kartell model 4867 by Colombo, this chair is still mass produced in white, and can be ordered from Kartell. It is not even a very expensive chair by design norms: a new one should set you back about 115 EURO. Could be a little more, or a little less, I do not know exactly. Best would be to check with a local retailer.
However, be aware of two things: 1. The seat height is relatively low for a standard chair (only 43 cm). This caused the chair to be nicknamed on occasion as the perfect design chair for little people (Dwell ?). 2. When sitting in the chair, the backseat gives way a little (not my idea of back support).
So in general, but here in particular, I would go with: try it before you buy it.
PS you lost me on repop. What is a repop ? it does seem to be most phonetically close to rip off. Is it some sort of slang ?
