Hi everyone - need ID help on a tulip table, figured i'd ask the experts 🙂 bought a large coffee table with tulip base for cheap this morning and just assumed it was a nice knock-off. while wiping it clean, i noticed a partial label on the bottom - it says "---- International" with a New York address and the font looks very much like the Knoll stickers I'm used to seeing. The top screws onto the very heavy base by a single rod and there is no hardware showing underneath once the base is attached (unlike my Burke tulip, which bolts with 4 visible screws and a bracket underneath). The edge is beveled. The only thing that throws me - the table is oval and measures 54 inches long by 36 wide. All the Knoll oval coffee tables I can find are much smaller in size. Does anyone know if this size was made at some point? Do I have the real thing with half a sticker, or something else? Thanks in advance for any help!
Authentic size.
Knoll no longer makes the 54" x 36" coffee table, but they used to. Here's one (item #1027):
