It appears to be a Vitra produced Eames Lounge chair that needs a ton of surgery.

And the cushions look suspiciously under-inflated to my eye.
Detailed photos of the undersides of the chair, ottoman, cushions, and panels with the cushions removed would help to determine authenticity.
If it is authentic, replacement parts shouldn't be *too* hard to find.

Agre with tktoo, maybe replacement leather that's too stretched? The spider base is in pretty bad shape. Depending on where you are, parts are relatively easy to find. However, I won't say they're cheap. So if you got good deal, that could offset the replacement cost.
