Why delete your original...
Why delete your original message? A pointless move to me. Reminds me of Dots and her magical chunk of unidentified ore/rock.

Maybe she directed the dealer to this thread as a bargaining tactic,
then the dealer offered her a huge discount to take down the photos (the shop's name WAS partially visible, after all) since his ethics were justifiably called into question within this thread.

A shame.
To lose the photo.
The skip to learning is tripping a bit along the way.
(i trip all day long)
The seller probably paid too much. Whoever sold it to the seller
may have paid too much. And so on. It is clearly displayed in a store.
The seller knows it isn't Nakashima. And should say so. Rather than the
annoying tactic i often hear, 'hey, you never know...i never bothered to find out.
I just buy and sell at a percentage of what i paid for it.'

I like the fact that DA allows editing,
so (my) glaring typos can be corrected. The trade-off is the occasional post deleted in a fit of pique.

I wish
I hadn't delivered the final (gratuitous) insult. This was a learning experience -- until the subject fled the scene. Oh well. . .
