I'm sure you could have an upholsterer make a lovely little shabby chic slipcover for that. Perhaps with a dust ruffle around the edge?
I'd prefer it with the horns - otherwise it's more of a plain ole "cow" chair.

It doesn't beat the Florence Knoll sofas recovered in 90s floral in my hometown's library!

Unless you're referring to the original image... which looks like it was picked out by a lumberjack with a modernist bent circa 1977.

You know, I don't know that I've seen this chair without "horns" before now.
It has a mate
Two happy bovine grazing in a field of green.
Sans horns it seems almost naked. And very much loses some of the quirkiness that makes it great.
