please help identify this floor lamp  

I found this lamp and was drawn to it because I have never seen one like it. it appears to be art deco or retro style. the glass globes are early because they have air bubbles and swirls on the tips like they were blown glass. the base is a skyscraper teir style and the chrome is fantastic. the light sockets are porcilin and the plug is a wall hugger type that appears to be from the 50s.there are no markings, numbers or stickers to identify this lamp not even a ul sticker. any help and i would be grateful.
