I first thought it's going to be easy to id this piece but it turned out to be a bigger mistery than i've thought...I looked for staff leuchten, arteluce, sarfatti, raak and many others but nothing yet...Woild be very nice to get some help.Cheers

just saw this lamp somewhere last week. thought it was great design. now i can't remember where it was. i gotta change brands. try GEPO

Thanks for your hint, but i'm not 100% convinced that my lamp is made by gepo... The gepo lamps i know all had a different covered and fixed shadeholder... The gepos are just covered by little pieces of rubber... mine shows a, with a translucent rubber tube, full covered ring.
and the fixtures of gepo are made with plexiglass... mine is made of steel...
I'll add some more pics of my lamp later on...
But i will have a look for gepo again... maybe i will find my lamp...

I think that powbum is close if not correct with his identification. Here is a Reggiani lucite & chrome chandelier I had hanging in my hallway for many years. I sold it a couple years ago to make room for something new I wanted to hang. Great Lamp....
