I once sat through a dinner in one. That was almost a year ago, as I recall, so my impressions may be a bit dated. But I found it relatively comfortable, provided one sits close up against the back. It offers few alternative sitting positions, which is OK for a dining chair.
The height should be a fairly standard dining chair height. Probably 43 or 44 cm. What does the CAD file say? As for the armrests, I think they finished off slightly lower than the top of the PK dining table they were mated with. The height is good, really, but if anything I would prefer it slightly lower.
I would not buy it untested.

OK, found the manufacturer's site. It is made by Kjærholm Production (I first went looking at Fritz Hansen). Its height is actually 43/44 cm. I guess that refers to the lowest and highest part of the seat. The total height is 69 cm. There is a picture of it with the PK 55 table:

Thanks for the impressions, the cad files I got from FH was about a year ago, I think. Perhaps they or me got the dimensions wrong.
I'm thinking of translating it in to some wood I've got which is harder and denser than ebony, with an upholstered backrest, maybe.
