That's not that far off from the going price. My local upholstery supply store (one of those huge old warehouse places that unfortunately just went out of business) has it listed at even less than that. I checked your link's prices on a few things against my place and they were pretty close, too.

I have spent hours scouring the internet for the best prices on various upholstery supplies and found that the going price for most of it is more or less universal, but you can always find someone who is ok with making a little less profit, or they just move a lot of it.

If you find someone selling it on a regular basis for 59 cents/ft then I'd be suspicious.
