Hello!
I have a 3 section Nelson Omni unit that I purchased a few years ago - and I absolutely love it. All of the cases, shelves, brackets, and parts are original, which is exciting -- and I even learned that my particular unit was an early prototype prior to production. That said, I am moving into a new house and will have to take down and reinstall my Omni in a new room, where it will also serve a new purpose.
I'd like to use it as a desk in my office. I have seen fold-down desk cases for sale, but that won't accomodate my computer unfortunately. I'm looking for a shelf or even a single-drawers cabinet that would be 24" deep. I don't know what pieces were made for the Omni. Unfortunately, there's not a lot of literature online. Does anything like that exist? If not, then I may talk to a cabinet maker about fabricating me one that would work with some shelf brackets, then match the walnut as best as possible.
Thank you in advance for any advice!
