opinions on new modern line  

Hello, i am starting a modern modular furniture line. My goal is to create a very customizable system that will allow people to essentially create their own unit by picking the size, shape and colored panels from an online configurater. I need to start with 3 items and am thinking about bookcase, desk and coffee table to start but i would like some input as to what people want/need the most when looking for furniture. What items do you most commonly need when looking for furniture and what functions are the most important (for example-drawers, sliding panels vs doors, wire management, storage?) Is there anything missing for most furniture out there that would would love to have?
