i went to several showrooms in manhattan, trying to get a feel for barcelona reproductions. it went from bad to worse! the ones from white on white weren't the worst, but i did come across one better on ... at the showroom for .... the reproduction is just like the $1500 .... the frame is one solid piece and the cushions are the right thickness and made from a soft italian leather. also, there are no seams on the corners! i paid $699 + shipping to get it to my place, totally worth it.

Why would people waste their time trying to find better fakes....I suppose you can't educate a moron.
I found 2 Knoll Barcelonas in 2010 at a buy it now price of $300 for the pair....mind you my love for design spans from the 80's so 'I'm out there'
My point is that they are out there, one just needs to get his/her head around that fakes are nothing better than a cheap suit

Seriously, this guy is taking the piss out of the warnings.
Someone with authority, shut this twat down - he is annoying the crap out of everyone on here. I will go to that store and throw up on the chair I think - or release a thousand stick bombs to permanently blemish every piece of stock they have.
