Me again- all I can find is similar lamps by Koch & Lowy, but nothing concrete. They are nicely made , marked OMI on the fittings, great big round push in switches at the back end of the shades. anyone know?

I have seen many Koch & Lowy lamps with the 'OMI' mark, so that is the best bet for the manufacturer. Unfortunately, I have no idea who may have designed your lamp.
