Is it true that some old Herman Miller ea 117's an 119's (with 4 wheels instead of 5) didn't have the seat-height adjustment. I have seen a bunch who did, but now I found some without...

Allrighty, I'm picking 10 of those up next week. The aluminum is in great condition but i'll have to clean the hopsack.
Any tips for that?

I used Woolite spray...
I used Woolite spray upholstery cleaner for mine with no ill effects, but you should test it in an inconspicuous spot first. Others have suggested Oxyclean, which I've never tried.
