LRF-Looks great!!!! Love the stonework and board/batten combo. How about some pics of the inside? BTW, what is that on your lawn on the bottom left portion of the frame of the top photo-a sculpture of some sort?

The materials really look great! But why did you opt for a lay-out that seems so hermetic? The walls are almost pushing the glass inwards...

Your house looks wonderful. Good for you.
Oh, to have great taste AND deep pockets!!
I'd like to see a "house tour" one day on Flickr. I have only seen the living room. We need to see the whole thing!!!

i have the pictures ...
i have the pictures from the tour and as soon as my hand heals and i get out of the cast I will put them on DA
it is hard to do any thing with this cast
but the feed back from the National trust tour was that the people loved the home and of course gave me a opportunity to talk about my favorite subject mid century modern and all the designers that have a permanent place in my home

Thanks btv man still...
Thanks btv man still waiting for you to come to Tulsa
I had some problems a year ago with my wrist and the Doc gave me several injections that only lasted for 90 days
he said it was arthritis deteriorating my wrist
and i was gonna get another injection since i spent most of the summer splitting 5000 pieces of crap orchard stone, when he operated on it last Thursday he said all the cartilage was deteriorated and he had to build me anew wrist.
so that should teach everyone to leave the heavy work to the people who know how to do it, as, us city sleekers
will only hurt our selves
but i did have fun splitting stone. made me feel part of the process even if I ended up with a operation a cast for 6 weeks and 11 months of rehap...

Sounds painful Llyod
but my guess is the old biceps and pecs are more ripped then they've been in a good long while. Hammering away at stone puts you in Conan the Barbarian territory.
Keep the light on as I'll becoming through town one of these days, but it may not be for a year or so. Here's to a speedy recovery
