It's one of Umanoff's
but it was one of the 'better' clocks Howard Miller was making at the time.
By the time Arthur Umanoff was designing clocks for Howard Miller, they were using cheaper materials (plastics, posterboard, vaneered particle board, etc.), but this model, along with the wall version - which I have (slightly larger windup with a pendulum) was called "Meridian" and it's a beautiful design.

I was looking at buying this clock from a dealer, but not sure if I should now. I think it is a nice clock, but the price is not cheap. Maybe I will hold off.
