need new chair supports for john stuart chair...supports look like strips of chain mail!

looking all over for chair supports for vintage john stuart arm chair. can't find them anywhere. The supports are a band of interlocked metal circles that look like a singe row of chain mail. Anyone have any sourcing suggestions?
