This is a great web site started by a nice young man that i know by the name of cole Cunningham
I think he has done a great job getting it up and running and hopefully you will help support it

Very interesting, enjoyed looking at some of the homes for sale. Makes me want to move to the States, some great deals there (we'd pay double in the UK!).
I'll ask if he would like to swap web site links 🙂

Are you going to the Palm Springs show?
I still think you will pick up some great bargins in that city, and of course you are only 100 miles from LA

Lloyd I'd love to but next month is looking pretty busy for me I'm afraid. I'll send you an email soon though.
I'm planning on going to Florida in June/July for a vacation, and possibly some casual buying!

COLE came to the house to add some pictures to the move modern website I thought some of you might enjoy some of the new stuff i have added in my home. yes that is me in the picture.
