Has any one experiece with these modern fairs with regard to locating especially fine and rare design examples? They are both upcoming Nov/Dec. How are prices at these two fairs, in general?

quality is extremely high as dealers bring the best stuff they can get their hands on .
prices are outrageous in most cases.
great to go see examples of rare or unusual pieces that you can only see in books or museums.
