I have looked high and low for modern shelf brackets and still have not found any on-line that I would pay actual money to own. I saw the perfect ones on a show called Designing Blind and have yet to find them in local shops or on the web. Do any of you lovely people have web-links to stores that carry modern shelf brackets? The ones from that show that I fell in love with were thick metal bent into a squat, rounded rectangle. They had a brushed stainless steel finish. Simple, sleek, beautiful.

IKEA
I saw this exact thing in IKEA yesterday in the "AS IS" department. They only had one but usually the stuff there is currently available. The one I saw was chrome or polished steel and was about 7" deep.
