Haha niceguy!!! That is the...
Haha niceguy!!! That is the EXACT tank that I am setting up except my doors are going to be wenge color instead of white. I'm not using Elos LEDs though as they are not controllable because of stupid Orbitech's stupid patent. Aquailluminations are the only company who has been willing to pay Orbitech to use the patent to control marine LEDs but their lights look like freakin' bricks. I'm buying Vertex LED lights from Canada so they aren't subject to the patent and are ALOT prettier than the AI lights and since no patent issue, I can control them.
I'm taking down my hodge-podge 25g system and upgrading to the Elos. Costing me a pretty penny to do so. I don't want a fan on the actual aquarium though. It would take away from the minimalist look of the aquarium. And I want the ceiling fan to move fresh air around the room. It will help drastically with upping O2 in the tank and keeping the pH up. It'll also keep the room cool feeling at night when I use the AC less.

congratulations and thanks
Cloudburst2000,
I discovered this company a short while ago and heard an intestering program on PBS about the subject (raising coral) that inspired me to do more research. I am sold on the Elos Midi rimless aquarium (in white for me). As this is one of many things that I do (with limited time) I am grateful for your further information on the lighting units. I will look into this Canadian lighting. I still remain sold on the Stratos from Modern Fan Company and wish you good luck in your choice. As I know the cost of the aquarium I also know that the cost of a fan is insignificant in comparison.

Well, if you are not located...
Well, if you are not located in the USA then the patent won't affect you. It only applies to marine leds sold in the US. And Elos are like the Rolls Royce of aquariums. Well made and exceptional customer service. Nice to meet a fellow aquarist on this site 🙂

patent applies
Cloudburst2000,
I do not yet own the Elos Midi rimless aquarium as this is one of many such items on my list for acquisition. I had already predetermined Elos makes the best product available at this time and it fits my design parameters.
I would estimate that I will have an Elos product (not necessarily operational) within twenty four (24) months. Thank you for your good thoughts.
