No. Not Martz
The finial would be walnut and a very simple shape. It would not have that decorative design. I can't tell if the base below the ceramic body is metal or wood, but that is not correct either. Not all Martz lamps are hand signed, but most are. The signature is almost always at the bottom back adjacent to the hole where the lamp cord comes out. There is often a Marshall Studios label on the socket if the electrical components are original.
