OWO Iris Handbag
This is the right track. Now make it in a gunmetal gray (to butch it up a bit) pvc and have a shoulder strap.

Yikes! That Iris bag frightens me...
It looks very otherworldly-space agey. And I'm wondering how comfortable it would be to wear this bag. Hmm...although I must admit I would be quite intrigued to see what was inside this bag if I saw someone carrying it...

tumi
a couple of years ago a good chum got me a tumi messenger bag as a gift. it's nice and sturdy and seems able to take a good measure of abuse.
please be patient with us, ladies. for many of us guys, the equivalent of our carrying a handbag is probably not very emotionally distant from your wearing a plaid flannel shirt to a mary kay cosmetics party: not impossible, but just sort of awkward.

Oh Heavens!!! ROTFLMAO!!!
KDC...gimme a break!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A Mary Kay cosmetics party????? You have GOT to be kidding!
Raise your hand all women here who have actually been to one of those warped estrogen-fests! Anyone? Anyone??
Nope didn't think so....
As for my fellow design addicts of the male persuasion...would any of you wear plaid flannel??? Would you?? Didn't think so.
Carrying a manpurse seems a far better choice doesn't it?
KDC, I think just possibly you have misjudged the audience, but thanks for the big laugh...I had to get the tissues!

I have to agree
with Olive. Sounds perfectly sane to me! I would never wear plaid flannel and I am comfortable with my sexuality ... regardless of my man purse!

"uncle"
ok, i'm now convinced. [eating crow.]
there's nothing quite like a couple of good photos to close the case.
i'm inclined toward getting the jack bauer purse because it look large enough to hide my 9mm beretta. and stylish, too.
in the spirit of the thread, alex rodriguez may be a talented ball player, but it seems he could benefit from an image consultant. or at least some time in the forum.

Tumi...or eBags
Tumi is probably the best of this sort of thing (expensive and very high-end, but there's a website that has lots of cheaper bags.
