'BR' heavy-duty settee with upholstered seat and back on frame in stove enamelled and stainless steel. Designed by Robin Day and made by S. Hille & Co. Ltd., to a commission in 1955 by British Railways Eastern Region for seating in its waiting rooms. Winner of a Design Centre Award in 1962.
