As part of my anti-plastic in the kitchen campaign have put all the Rosti stuff in a box ready for some friends who aren't as fanatical as me, am going to use the pyrex bowls instead, live alone so only need 2 along with a big glass measuring jug.
Yay, less stuff and better!
