If i had
the table that bright lyons has, I would not change a thing. Waffle, if you do replace your top, I would be interested in the old one.

more is better
I got the Ross Lovegrove, Agaricon table lamp for Luceplan yesterday in showroom condition for under $20.00. I do not need any additional lighting, but this meets my criteria of "more is better".
My wife always ask me why I do not sell these things and make money and my answer is: The reason monkeys are not in the banana business.

Sweet.
New to me.
Thanks for that poor petal table, rockland. A bit distressed ? I love these -- never encountered one up close. My own tables have lots of "air" in them, as you know . . .
Lookin' good, Mark. Restrained, even !

Jacques Gullion String Chair
This wasn't thrift store priced and the veneer has some rough spots, but I couldn't leave it behind at the flea market.

A pair of 1950's chairs and stunning wall sconces.
A pair of lovely post-war cane and steel rod chairs produced in New Zealand. Great shape and very comfortable. The wall sconces are made of perforated metal and brass. They measure 40cm tall x 15 cm wide, so they are a good size. They have bayonet fittings, so I guess that rules out Mategot, etc but they will look great after a gentle clean.

Rosenthal ceramic object
woodywood,
Do you have any additional information or have you identified the designer and name of your Rosenthal ceramic object? Is it from the Studio Line? I would be interested in an update.
Thank you in advance.

I have only done a bit of searching but to no avail yet. I was actually considering posting a thread here on this object for some insight. It is not marked as part of the studio line.

Rosenthal is helpful
woodywood,
I once had a piece of Studio Line I wanted to identify and found Rosenthal very helpful. I provided a photo and they gave me the designer, product name, dates of production and the suggested retail price in DM at that time. Who could ask for more?
