PeterA,
We are really enjoying the table. Glad to know the indentations were intentional!
Outside of what your sister told me I haven't been able to find much about your grandfather. I'd enjoy hearing more about him (separate thread? email?).

yes
I am a huge fan of lightolier. I am sure there are resource/reference materials out there, but none available to me other than the obvious. I knew this one simply from the form of the base and the walnut sleeve.
I feel honored every time I come across something as special as this.

today
a danish trestle table with leaves that slide on the ends on pipes. On the bottom says "Stockholm Geologic Summit" I think. Will send pics later.
I KNOW I SHOULD KNOW THAT maker's mark. But I am drawing a blank. Little help here?
AND
is $250 too much for 3 nesting Brahim side tables? I just couldn't pull the trigger. Problem with being a cheap $)(&%^$)*($#

that's
an FAP? PFA? APF? And some mark after that which I am unable to ID.
EDIT: That's no A man, it's a D. France and sons? I've seen this!
AHA! France and Daverkosen, right?
Nice table, though. One of my favorite recent finds and LOVE that label (being an ex geologist of a sort)
