Finishes on the 4th September,
I think? I've been meaning to go for ages, it's within walking distance from my house.

Re: Kodawood
If you've not already visited it try the link below for more info on Kodawood. Most know of Kodawood for their popular clam style seating. They also produced other unique designs including a one piece, high back version of the clam style which utilized a similar base. To get an idea of other Kodawood styles check out this / Stylish Kodawood Walnut Dining Chairs / Modern Mobler has in DC. Just my most humble opinion, but for a home grown Miami Fl company, they really produced some innovative works that can easily compliment and compare with any of the Danish masters.

Hmm
They look a lot like Kofod-Larsen chairs.

Re: Hmm
I agree, they do look identical to the Kofod Larsen id link below and with one that is listed on 1stdibs. I will inquire Modern Mobler to see where they got their info.

Re: Hmm
Interesting, the dealer stated that one of the chairs has a Kodawood label. Incidentally the table is sold.

Agree
They look just like the Kofod chair but I have seen one of these with a Kodawood label so Kodawood did in fact make an identical chair.

Picked up this treasure...
Picked up this treasure trove of RMS (first pic) at an estate sale on Sunday. $200, which I was happy to pay. This line has been on my wish list for a long time.
The remaining pics are of Gorbutt-Bowman dinnerware, an impossibly rare line of dinnerware made in Kansas in the late 40s/early 50s. I love the shapes.

Jens Risom credenza
Just found this Jens Risom credenza (circa 1960) today for $160 from a local guy who bought it from a thrift shop years ago (and unfortunately cut a hole in the back for media cables).
It definitely has wear and tear, but the predominate reason we bought it - we bought the matching desk a year ago and never knew this credenza even existed. What are the odds to find the matching pieces in the same city after fifty years?!

love that desk and a question
great finds! I bought one of the following magazine racks on craigslist. I know it is american, but that is about it. Any clues?
I think I now have 5 magazine racks, so it is officially a problem.

found this on the side of the road
on trash day, with a sign marked FREE on it. (it's a signed thonet--burned into the wood--but I'm assuming it's not very old.)
