What appears to be three of the infamous HM "Select" Tops. But at only $1.99 each at the Goodwill, why not?

Declaration coffee table, the low one with the piano lid top. I think I can fix it up, but I have NO NEED for it, but at $15???? Couldn't pass it up
I might even pay a professional to fix this one up
Pic when I get the urge to pull it out of my car....

Heywood Wakefield Credenza
Got it cheap ($35) at a local auction where nobody knew what it was despite having the old red and black label on it.

Headphone stand.
For $12, brand new. Wish I could say that it was my idea.

Cool alternative use fastfwd
And a great solution.
So today I am driving away from an estate where I'd just purchased a load of nice vintage furniture including early Risom, McCobb, Eames and Schultz (paying respectable prices for all) and I see a thrift store I'd frequented in the past without ever finding anything exciting and decide, what the hell I'll stop.
Low and behold, sitting in the furniture corral awaiting adoption is this Eames wire chair in very good original condition. It was marked $8.
I decided that it was such an uncommon sighting these days I had to document it.

Nice Table
Got this nice Artek Dinner Table for roundabout 100 euros, what seems to be a good price. Condition is a little bit poor, this might be my first refurbishing project.

KNOLL + Drake Credenza........
Purchased this perfectly lovely solid mahogany credenza off the Craigslist.
Designed by Ladislav Sutnar, this credenza is absolutely budget modern at it's best.

What a good, good...
Weekend: 200 Postcards by Celestino Piatti.
I don't know if he is actually known outside of germany / switzerland. He did pretty much book covers between 1960 and 1985 and also stamps and quite an amount of posters, which are gorgeous but really, really expensive these days. Anyway, these postcards will do as a substitute until I find one of the posters.

I have seen Piatti's work in Graphis and Gebrauchsgraphik- Great stuff! I'd use them as holiday/christmas cards regardless of the imagery.
