Not the $20 deal that jesgord got on his Emil Milan salad bowl set, but $60 for this sterling mounted serving bowl and spoon was not bad.

Lichtenstein
So I buy this Lichtenstein copy at my local swap meet for 40 dollars cause it has a broken glass frame. I open it up get the poster out and to my very welcome surprise I discover it is a serigraph!!!! A little digging finds that I am a proud owner of a second edition original Lichtenstein poster for the Aspen Jazz Festival 1967. I should also mention I purchased one other Lichtenstein second edition Merton of the Movies poster and a jim Dine hearts poster for 40 bucks as well.
Super stoked, however the aspen poster isn't in the best of conditions, it appears to have been trimmed to fit the frame and it has been dry mounted to archival card stock.
I also purchased; on the same day different location, A Kipp Stewart custom Motorola stereo cabinet for the Drexel Declaration line. Its missing the needle and the radio doesn't tune but it only cost me 20 bucks.

Nice posters. Since its...
Nice posters. Since its become a bit of a theme today, I got these three over the summer. Just this past weekend, I finally framed them and hung them up in my daughters' room. Previously, they had been balanced on the headboard. Glare aside, the frames work better 😉

My friend picked this up for me.
Eames Arm Shell in what I believe is some sort of grey.
It looks absolutely horrible. Exposed fiberglass everywhere and remnants of two paint jobs! Not to mention the most horrible sanding I have ever seen in my life, they even managed to sand the Herman Miller logos on the bottom. So far I have started a proper wet sand and I feel that I can easily save it. It wont look like perfect but at least it will look better than it is now.

Waffle went a thrifting
ok, and craigslist
a Poul Hundevad cart. Needs some work, but have always been a fan. Not sure if I will keep it.
one more Adjustrite lab stool. Giving me 3, which will go in the kitchen
6 GF Rowland 40/4 chairs, a little beat but what do you want for stacking institutional chairs?
A Sweet older luxo lamp (my #1 weakness)
2 really great bent bamboo lounge chairs. Much better than the run of the mill
This makes up for missing out on a sweet sideboard the other day (american I think, although in the style of Arne Vodder)

More art
that I have no place to hang.
Top photo's an etching by Rachel Howard. Bottom is a silkscreen on tar paper by Skewville.

Yeah, me too.
I really admire her work.
I'm aware, of course, that the Skewville thing is more of an acquired taste. (Although it does look better under decent light and when not viewed through a mobile-phone camera lens.)
