Happy Saturday!
The weekend is off to a good start. I just nabbed a Paul McCobb planner group desk and chair for a great price.

seat cushions
My mothers hanging teak shelves had aqua accents (cut into wood)on the cabinet door, just like the seat cushions. Was aqua an "in" color in the 1950's?
I like it, now that I have seen in with other items to tie them together.

Yes
pastels were big in the 50s
Aqua, lemon, pink.
Colours are interesting in design and can be charted quite specifically.

Scored this Maurizio...
Scored this Maurizio Tempestini lamp for Lightolier at an estate sale, for $150. I've been lusting after this lamp for about 5 years now, but its always been out of my price range. This is pretty much my find of the year! 🙂

Risom Lounge Chair
Snagged this guy at a flea market today. Has the H.G. Knoll label, original fabric, amazing condition.
(my apologies on the photo - I try, I really do - I'm just old)

Eames Leg splint
Grabbed a Eames leg splint for $35 at an antique/junk shop. A little warped but who cares for $35.

was finally able to figure out
that the 2nd mark on the Mobler Borge Mogensen trestle table I bought was TSM. No idea what TSM stands for (yet) but was quite proud of myself nevertheless.

A Skjode Skjern tray, a swivel dowel base wire chair for $225 (chair seat has some broken wires), and my girlfriend got an old LCW for $350, with some minor finish wear, but no veneer chips or other damage.

Everybody's buys are fabulous...
Everybody's buys are fabulous. I especially like that first dining table (what a steal!) and the last chair.
