la chaise...  

I just purchased a La Chaise...it has some condition issues...the oak base has been covered in a brown exterior style paint...there is a broken coupling...I am try to decide if it is real or memorex...the estate it came out of had older Modern furniture that had been beaten over the years so it does seem like it should be real just based on that...can anyone tell me what kind of screw heads vitra used and also there are little rubber bumpers on the bottom points of the wooden cross pieces...I haven't seen that on any photos but depending on the angle it wouldn't be obvious...it is very heavy...it takes 2 to move it...the coupling is supposedly on its way...but really the screw head shapes would be really helpful...thanks
