I can't seem to like these, copies or not! I have always disliked Swedish folk art and it was everywhere in my relative's homes when I was a kid. The stuff probably drove me towards modernism. The rosemaling stuff is particularly odious.

erk, agree with Olive, my folks have similar Dutch things but with a black ground and though I appreciate its gloominess it always reminds me of driving through any kind of bible belt country, cold flat lands and lace curtains.
