That's really a fantastic story about PP Furniture. I find it fascinating that there is so much narrative behind the making of these art pieces. That reminds me a bit of the France&Son story. We should maybe open another section on this forum about literature.

Going back to this original post:  I would be very curious to hear whether the four chairs were finally bought, and if so if they're used for every day business or kept as display items.

The 501 can be used for every day purposes. But the weaving really doesn’t make it the most practical chair to sit on. In this regard 503 would to be preferred. And it is really quite wide. It takes a lot of space and if you are of a slim figure, you can feel even slimmer because you just can’t seem to fill this chair.
