Not sure what you mean exactly, but parts are listed on eBay all the time.

You mean you have the shells and cushions, and need the swivel pedestal, the aluminum headrest connectors, and the steel arm-plates. best bet is to try Herman Miller or a Herman Miller dealer - but be warned, for what you will pay for the replacement parts you may as well buy a new chair.

Great deal on Ebay,if its still there (saw it last night)
Broken Eames lounge,but cushions,ottoman,all very nice! Buy-it-Now($550-) from So.Carolina.I'd be surprised if it hasn't been snapped up by now,though.
