Sorry but this is the wrong place where to ask for this kind of questions...

In fairness the question of WHERE you should get it valued is a fair one.

If you want an accurate price, then pay for an appraisal. Find your nearest auction house and see if they know anyone who is specialised enough. It'll be money for old rope, but that'd be the proper way to go about it.
