I just bought an unmarked modernist wastecan. It is a very thin molded plywood in the shape of a cone with the smaller end as the opening and tapering larger to the floor. It has walnut veneer and painted black inside.
The dimensions are roughly 20" high 15" opening on top and about 18" at the bottom . Anyone seen one like this?

I used to be the lucky....
user of one, and I don"t seem to remember how it ended up in my office. I am 100% sure it was produced in Denmark...you know the country where they draw...but further than that my memory fails...M_Andersen maybe?

waste can
Uh oh...now I have to reveal even more of my ignorance. Please advise as to the full name of the designer - " M Anderson". I would send a photo link of the trash can, but my religion prohibits creating images of beautifully designed waste cans... lest you idolize them.
