Dysons, do a great job, about as ergonomic as a hat full of dung.

Zyliss garlic presses, is it just mine or does the swinging part always catch on the edge?

Any others?

Starck has a few.
Hot Bertaa, Juicy Salif, etc. And most of the other kitchen tools he's designed are, if not "really bad", mediocre at best.

Robin Day polyprop chair
If you live in the UK you know that the ubiquitous, plebian nature of this chair makes it look cheap and shit, the kind of thing that is to be found in village halls and school classrooms.

A few
Nelson clocks - if you're actually interested in knowing what time it is.
Bertoia Side chairs - if you're interested in sitting for more than 2 minutes.
Arco Lamp - for all it's beauty only gives a wimpy 60w of light.

MacBook MagSafe adaptor
Designed to disengage under too much pull=good.
Melting failure induced by excessive strain on the wire-to-head connection point=bad
I've just gone through my second adapter. These are not cheap! GRRRRRRRRR
