globes needed  

I have a table top lamp with what appears to be an off white enamel Saarinen base. The lamp has two layers of perpendicular arms which each accommodate four globes plus a place for a globe at the very top of the lamp base. It takes nine globes total. I have four. The existing globes are 5 1/4" in diameter and made of frosted white glass. The openings are 1 1/4" and have metal threads which allow the globes to be screwed onto the lamp base. I need five more of these globes to complete my lamp. Any and all help identifying my lamp and finding globes greatly appreciated.
