Any one recognize it? Really heavy chair. Has a leather cushion which is in so so condition. I know, PICS IN THE SNOW....I was outside polishing the metal.

Got all the little rust spots off. Was hesitant to use it but 0000 steel wool did the job. Chrome is shiny now. Wonder if it is just some generic chair? Seems like the quality is too high though.
