I tried that as a kid and was promptly decorated in bird poop.
This thread makes me wonder just how many designs ther are out there that are egg-inspired. For one I can think of the Marcel Wanders ceramic vase. The original mold was formed by stuffing hard boiled eggs into a condom. Any more that folks know of?
