Is this early version of sarineen womb chair

A guy claims this one is the early genuine version of womb chiar by Knoll. I sthis right?

Besides the fact that it doesn't look like anything Saarinen would've designed, the underside plate that's welded to the legs looks rough and not the kind of refined Knoll style.
Looks more like something found in the 50's film "Glen or Glenda" (i.e. make to be sat on by a travestite wearing an Angora sweater.....)

definately not KNOLL!
the knoll womb chair is well documented from its very begining. florence knoll actually asked e. saarinen to to design it as KNOLL needed a lounge chair to fit into it's collection. she told him to design a lounge chair that she could curl up in comfortably. this chair would later be called the womb chair.
that chair is not a prototype!
cool chair though! i've seen a similar very chair with an uphoustery tag marked made in canada.
oh! canada!.......
