Which chair?
Your pic isn't coming through...are you talking about an Eames fiberglass side chair or the EA127 (upholstered version of the Eames DCM). Either one of these should be fairly easy for any competent upholsterey shop to do, especially if the foam is in decent shape. I had 2 EA127s done and they came out great.
