I very much like the Eames...
I very much like the Eames Plycraft chairs as a solution for those who want a vintage Eames inspired lounger but cannot afford 5000 for a real herman miller, and do not want to pay overpriced for some contemporary imitation.
Unfortunately, I've never come across a Plycraft Eames in the UK.

Where is a good place to sell besides ebay?

Clearly there's a motivated buyer in the UK.
Take it there. Maybe consign it at Sculpture Mart.

I've had good luck
I've had good luck selling a few of these on Craigslist - mostly to people like LitUp who want the vintage without the pricetag.
They are also great chairs on their own - definitely better than the current Chinese knock-offs. I owned one for years while I was saving up for the Eames.
Also - you probably don't see many in the UK because Plycraft was a small scale US company. I thought Selig had imported some from Europe to the states, but I might be mistaken.

I got this little fella on eBay .. for £35..
A couple of friends have had the 'Eames style' recliners.
