eames lounge choice

I am in the market to buy an eames lounge chair 670, 671 but can't decide which color to get black or white. What can you guys suggest?

Is black a popular choice? I have been considering a dark brown but I guess the resale value is something to consider even if I plan on having it for life.

I only said to get black if color makes no difference to you. If you have a preference for a color, get what you want.
And, yes, black is by far the most common leather color for the 670/671.

I have an Eames lounge in dark chocolate brown.
Its a lovely warm colour which sits well with other furniture, it also has a nice dynamic to it in that during the evening in a low lit room it tends to look black.
I chose brown because most of the knock-offs tend to be in black, so I wanted something different.
