I found an image of a Kandya chair very similar to your chair in a 57/58 Decorative Art Studio Yearbook.
The shell of the chair pictured in the book looks like a perfect match but it has steel legs.
Described as: Moulded fibre-glass chair in a wide range of pigmented colours on stove-enamelled tubular steel legs, loose foam-rubber cushion. Designer: Aidron Duckworth. Makers: Kandya LTD
Perhaps Kandya produced variations on the design.
