At least, I can't think of any cases of Arne Vodder working with the Swedes. I am pretty sure that if it ever happened it is either not known at all, or known very minimally. I've mentioned before that it was not an extremely common phenomenon, and when the Denmark/Sweden line is crossed it is usually pointed out that it has been crossed.
For instance, I was looking at IKEA's design history book, and it points out that IKEA worked with the Danish designer, Arne Wahl Iversen.
And this is not to say that there aren't other examples, there are plenty, it is just a small fraction of the totality that crossed the borders.
